Gravity is open from 10 am to 6 pm local time. We would like to ask you to please schedule an appointment before arriving. You can find our scheduler here.
Once scheduled, you will receive an email with the time to confirm. Please bring your device, and one of our certified technicians will sit down and discuss everything.
Please note not everything can be fixed in-house. That means sometimes we need to ship the device to Apple (or other vendors) to be fixed. Please rest assured that even if we have to send the item out, we are watching what is happening with the vendor to ensure we can reunite you with your technology as quickly as possible.
